Yoga for Better Sleep


Research abounds: adequate, high quality sleep is required for optimal health.  Excess weight, heart disease, decreased immunity, mood disorders are all associated with insufficient rest.

So you know how important it is, but still find it difficult to get to sleep at night?  Fall asleep but wake up a few hours later and can’t get back to sleep?  Wake up after 8 hours sleep not feeling rested?sleeping woman

    1. Hi, Debbie. It would be great if you could come. Yes, if I don’t have to start turning people away I don’t need payment until night of. If I think it’s going to waiting list I will let you know and secure some form of payment then.
