Research abounds: adequate, high quality sleep is required for optimal health. Excess weight, heart disease, decreased immunity, mood disorders are all associated with insufficient rest.
So you know how important it is, but still find it difficult to get to sleep at night? Fall asleep but wake up a few hours later and can’t get back to sleep? Wake up after 8 hours sleep not feeling rested?
Join me for a couple of hours of simple, easy-to-implement yogic strategies (including some deliciously relaxing yoga poses) to dramatically improve your ability to get fully rested so that you can enjoy the abundant health that is your birthright.
Suitable for beginners and all levels of experience.
What to bring:
• A yoga mat or something to lay on and a pillow, or whatever props support your body
in relaxing completely.
• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for moving around on the floor (no skirts or dresses).
• For the comfort of everyone attending, please do not wear strong perfumes or scents.
