About Body Rolling
Body Rolling consists of a series of routines that use 6- to 10-inch diameter inflatable balls, as well as a smaller device called a foot saver, to release muscles, free restrictions in the body, realign, tone and increase blood flow, to promote healing. The routines are designed to not only lengthen muscles and fascia but also improve core strength, enhance posture, flexibility and balance. They constitute a comprehensive approach that is very compatible and supportive of yoga practice.
Suitable for all levels, beginners to more experienced practitioners.
All body rolling equipment needed to participate in the workshop will be supplied for those who do not have their own.
