This class fosters awareness in participants as they gently practice yoga postures, breathing and other techniques, ending with a 10 to 15-min relaxation experience. While a certain bodily area may be of particular focus in a given class, overall balance will be addressed each session. Participants should be in good health and a moderate-to-good level of fitness, and they are advised to eat only lightly before participating.


To register,

    • review Par-Q and satisfy yourself that you are a fit and healthy individual.
    • contact Lonnie so she can email you the paper registration form¬† that you can print off and then complete with pen and paper and deliver via scan and email, fax, mail or hand delivery.
    • make payment. Make sure you check with Lonnie if you want to arrange for pro-ration or want a multi-class discount. You have the option to pay by cash, cheque, e-transfer or PayPal (credit card or PayPal account).¬† By PayPal or credit card, either send a payment to through your account, or ask Lonnie for a PayPal invoice.
