Weekly Group Yoga Classes        Winter 2018

This is yoga that is gentle, exploratory, aware, and wellness-oriented.  Explore, nurture, and challenge yourself (a little) through movement, meditation, and other yogic concepts.

* a private assessment at nominal additional fee is recommended but not required before participating.

Wednesday night classes do not run on the second week of the month.

Lonnie can arrange for the following, if space permits:

  • drop in to a single class ($25 per class),
  • register for a part of the session with a pro-ration of the fees, or
  • register for Tuesday and Thursday classes during the session and receive a dual-class discount of $30.
