Weekly Group Yoga Classes        Autumn 2018

This is yoga that is gentle, exploratory, aware, and wellness-oriented.  Explore, nurture, and challenge yourself (a little) through movement, meditation, and other yogic concepts.

Shaganappi Community Centre (2516 14 Ave SW)

Space permitting,  you may drop-in for $25 / class, and we can pro-rate your fee if you know in advance when you will be absent.  Please enquire about drop-in and / or register through Lonnie.

* a private assessment at nominal additional fee is recommended but not required before participating.

Lonnie can arrange for the following, if space permits:

  • drop in to a single class ($25 per class),
  • register for a part of the session with a pro-ration of the fees, or
  • register for more than two class sessions and receive a dual-class discount of $30.
