Weekly Group Yoga Classes Spring 2017
This is yoga that is gentle, exploratory, aware, and wellness-oriented. Explore, nurture, and challenge yourself (a little) through movement, meditation, and other yogic concepts.
The spring session is ten weeks long. Wednesday night classes do not run on the second week of the month, so Wednesday’s session has eight classes only.
Lonnie can arrange for the following, if space permits:
- drop in to a single class ($20 per class),
- register for a part of the session with a pro-ration of the fees, or
- register for more than one time slot in a session and receive a multi-class discount of $30.
