Spring Yoga – Beginner’s Mind

New LifeClasses involve mindful yogic movement, meditation and other practices for people of all levels of experience who are willing to cultivate beginner’s mind.

Registration now is open for spring 2014 classes. Shaganappi winter classes continue through April and there may be space to join on a pro-rated basis.

Please note that classes do not run every single Monday.  There are breaks in the schedule for all class options.  Check your calendar, and mark the dates to avoid missing classes or arriving to find that a class is not running.
