Therapeutic Yoga
Geared toward not only honouring your difficulties but also moving toward alleviating them, this class is suitable for those who are recovering from illness, injury, fatigue or who suffer from chronic degenerative conditions. Permission from medical professional may be required.
Parent (Mom) and Baby Yoga
Casual, baby-friendly class for new parents, especially moms (focusing on general post-partum concerns).
Multi-Level Yoga
A community-based multi-level class that aims to bring balance to body, mind and spirit through physical posture, breath work, sound, ritual and intention.
Backs Yoga
A specialized therapeutic class for students suffering from chronic or period back pain or simply wanting to keep their backs problem-free. Students should be beyond acute stage. Permission form from a medical professional may be required.
Seniors' Yoga
